Federal Crimes

Federal courts are very different than state courts. If you are charged or being investigated by the federal government, you need a lawyer experienced in federal criminal procedure.

Mr. Rutkowski has successfully represented clients in federal district courts in Georgia and Florida.

In Georgia, there are three federal districts – Northern, Middle and Southern. Each of these districts is made up of smaller divisions. In the Northern District, there are federal courts in Atlanta, Gainesville, Rome and Newnan. In the Middle District, there are federal courts in Macon, Athens, Albany, Columbus and Valdosta. In the Southern District, there are federal courts in Savannah, Augusta, Brunswick, Dublin, Statesboro and Waycross.

Mr. Rutkowski has represented individuals charged with serious federal crimes including Durg Trafficking, Bank Robbery, Theft and Firearms Violations.
If you are concerned about another federal offense or please contact Mr. Rutkowski and he will let you know if he can help.
